Tooling and Fixtures

At KUS, all blow molding, plastic equalization, die-casting, rubber, and modeling molds are designed, produced, and debugged internally. As a result, we must design tooling options that comprehensively meet all of our manufacturing needs. By effectively cooperating with customers for new product development work, we are able to produce tooling and fixture options that can meet any project requirements.

Tooling Workshop

To continue to produce high-quality tooling and fixtures, KUS maintains a tooling workshop that is able to meet even the most challenging projects. With access to 1,300 square meters of workshop space, we handle all production sizes, large to small, and leverage CAE/CAM software to meet our tooling analysis needs, including blow mold software, dynaform, UG, and pressCAD. Furthermore, our equipment for tooling is just as impressive as our spacious facility and analysis software. The KUS tooling workshop carries a wide variety of components and machinery that allow for a seamless and efficient workflow. These pieces of equipment include, but are not limited to:

Using these integral pieces of tooling equipment, KUS molded a total of 29,712 tools in 2020 alone, nearly half of which were fixtures. As we continue to update our facility and add to our inventory of innovative equipment, KUS will likewise continue to expand our tooling and fixture capabilities.
